The setup and registration fee for the template or corporate look and feel is a "one off" fee for the life of the campaign.

Terms and Conditions

Content Delivery:

For smooth and error free campaigns you will need to ensure your content is emailed to CanDoMail a minimum of 48 hours before the campaign release date. The campaign needs to include;

  1. Your Headline
  2. Your Content / Message / Pictures
  3. Your Links
  4. Your Email List

Over view:

  1. A 50% deposit will be required before any design layout or template creation takes place.
  2. No campaign will be despatched until payment has cleared the bank.
  3. Any content recieved late will incure extra charges.
  4. CanDoMail cannot accept responsibility for any changes made in the last 14 hours before the release date.

Campaign Credits:

  1. A minimum of 3 campaign credits can be purchased at any one time.
  2. Each campaign credit is valid for forty (40) days.
  3. Any campaign credit that exceeds the forty days will incure an archive fee of £25 payable in advance every 30 days.
  4. This achive fee will be invoiced monthly.

Archiving:

  • There will be an achive extraction fee for ANY retrieval of lists, campaign details or email, or any other item or article, older than 95 days.
