The Metadata Repository includes a description of the type of data from all data sources, such as table names, column names, column types, column tokenizers, primary keys and security information. Its inclusion in the QDS means that it is not necessary to go to the original data store to answer any question or generate reports. Pull in all the data you need. No transformation required. Should you require - cleaver tricks are available but we can discuss these when you are flying and ready to do more.

Once the repository is built - open the natural language interface and link the tables they way you want them linked. The dictionary will then automatically build and when finished will be ready for your first question. It will have created a few ready made questions to help start you off!
